Just enjoyed some of the best lengua tacos at Tacos Luis in #Guadalajara! If you're a fan of lengua and labio (beef tongue and lip), this spot is a must-try. The wait was long, but it was absolutely worth it. There's nothing quite like savoring tacos in Mexico, surrounded by strangers coming together to enjoy a meal on the bustling streets. Unforgettable!

Wow! Rated one of the BEST tacos spots in Guadalajara, and they do not disappoint. They are located at the corner of Santander and Federico Ybarra. Be prepared to stand in line for a good 10-15 minutes before ordering, but once that order number is given, you can enjoy watching them make your tacos as ordered. They have tongue, lip, pastor, y coztilla (ribs). The tongue (lengua) is their specialty due to their long cuts and big pieces given with the taco orders. You can also ask to have the tongue in long cuts, meaning in lenght instead of chunks. Also if you order 1 taco they will automatically will make it 2, so be aware . The lip is tender and quite tasty, and obviously the Pastor it's BOMB! super juicy, tender and with amazing taste which is a must try! And last but not least the costilla (ribs) tender and juicy. Truly a place to try if in the area!
